Changes in the Executive Board and the Advisory Board of the MAHA Group

New consolidation of the Advisory Board of the Trust of the MAHA Group. The Advisory Board members Dr Thomas Aubel and Mr Andreas Zängerle have declared the dismissal of the former Chairman of the Advisory Board Mr Thomas Visel with effect from 12 April 2018.

The former Executive Director Mr Thomas Förg will be dismissed from all offices with effect from 12 April 2018. Mr Stefan Fuchs will succeed him with immediate effect.

Haldenwang, 12 April 2018. At the last meeting of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board of the MAHA Group on 12 April 2018, the Board of Trustees consisting of Mr Andreas Zängerle and Dr Thomas Aubel has declared the dismissal of the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board Mr Thomas Visel with effect from 12 April 2018.

Mr Michael Hauke was elected as the new member of the Board of Trustees by Mr Andreas Zängerle and Dr Thomas Aubel, who has been a member of the board since December 2017. The Advisory Board and the Board of Trustees, which once again includes all members, elected Mr Andreas Zängerle as the new Chairman of the Advisory Board and the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Articles of Association. Mr Hauke has a degree in Business Administration (FH) and has been an executive director and successful entrepreneur for many years. In addition, he has been a local councillor for 28 years and is currently 3rd Mayor of Haldenwang. We are grateful that with Mr Hauke as the new member of the Board of Trustees and Mr Zängerle as the new Chairman of the Board of Trustees we have recruited renowned individuals with great dedication, strong loyalty and a clear understanding of the MAHA Group.

In the first meeting of the newly constituted body, the decision was taken to terminate the office of Mr Thomas Förg as Executive Director of the parent company of the MAHA Group, Neue Auto-Service-Anlagen GmbH, also with effect from 12 April 2018.

Mr Stefan Fuchs will assume the responsibilities of the previous Executive Director with immediate effect. We are pleased to have attracted such an experienced and successful manager as Mr Fuchs. Mr Fuchs has already proven that he can manage companies in a competitive global environment profitably and develop them successfully.
